Tuesdays - dumbbells
Thursdays - exercise ball, 5-gallon bucket, drumsticks
This will be a regular "old-fashioned" low-impact aerobics class with strength training. If you can bring your own mat and weights, please do! We do have some here that we can clean and loan to you. Class will be in the gym where we can safely socially distance, with doors open for air circulation
Come and experience Cardio Drumming! You'll be socially distanced with your own set of "drums" and drumsticks. Please RSVP here to guarantee your spot. Limit 7 people. Be prepared for a variety of music that will be on the "louder side." : )
